These terms apply to freethemole.com and to anything you buy or book through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. FREE THE MOLE® is an independent perfume house operated in New York.

Effective September 12, 2026.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including where there has been a pricing or stock error, in which case anything you paid is refunded in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. We do not see or store your card details.

We currently ship within the United States and its territories only. Shipping details, timing, and what to do if something arrives wrong are on the Help page.

Fragrance is a personal product that cannot be resold once it leaves the house. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance, opened or unopened. This is stated at checkout and on every product page.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email freethemolefragrances@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. That is not a return, that is us fixing our mistake.

Perfume bars, events, and custom fragrance commissions are quoted individually. A booking is confirmed only when we have agreed the date, scope, and price in writing and any deposit requested has been received. Cancellation terms are set out in the quote.

Every fragrance is composed by hand in small batches, so minor variation between batches is normal and is not a defect. Note lists describe the composition as the perfumer built it; how a fragrance smells on you depends on your skin and your setting.

Where the name of another brand or fragrance appears on this site, it is for descriptive comparison only. FREE THE MOLE® fragrances are original compositions and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or made by anyone else.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it, interfere with other users, or use it for anything unlawful. We can restrict access to anyone who does.

The FREE THE MOLE® name and mark, the fragrance names, the formulas, and all text, artwork, photography, and code on this site belong to FREE THE MOLE® and may not be copied or used without written permission.

The site and products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, FREE THE MOLE® is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the site or from a product, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Use fragrance as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, flame, and children.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of New York.

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one posted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
